What is your cancellation policy?
Cycle Party offers trip protection, which will allow you to cancel your upcoming tour for any reason up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Trip protection will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event of a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service during the time of your scheduled tour. Without trip protection, there are no refunds given for any reason. However you may receive a credit to reschedule your tour for a future date in the event of a cancellation due to a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service. Further, you may reschedule your future tour under some circumstances if you give us a call at least a week before your scheduled tour.
What is your weather policy?
Cycle Party runs rain or shine, please dress for the weather. Please note we have an over sized roof cover protecting you. If severe weather does occur, Cycle Party reserves the right to offer a future credit. We are not able to offer a credit if the tour has already started.
Is gratuity included?
Tipping is customary. Our awesome tour guide’s work very hard to make sure you have a great time on your tour and tips are greatly appreciated. Our services are treated much like the restaurant industry where 20-22% is customary, but, it is up to you to decide how much to tip. If you leave with a smile, make sure they do too!
Is glass allowed?
No. Per city regulations glass is not allowed outside of any of the bars/restaurants nor on the bike at any time. All drinks must be poured into a plastic cup before boarding a Cycle Party bike. Absolutely no glass at any time.
What if I can't pedal?
No worries! There are only 10 seats that pedal. 5 seats get to lounge.
Can I decorate?
Absolutely! All decorations must be socially appropriate. Please show up 30 minutes prior the tour start time so that you have enough time to get the bike dressed up.
Is there music?
Absolutely! We have a stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity, so bring your own playlist OR your guide will provide a great playlist for you. All music MUST be socially appropriate. On Social tours, our guides will control the playlist in order to accommodate all guests.
Do you serve alcohol or other beverages on the bike?
We do not serve or sell alcohol on our bikes. Our tours are set up to stop at 3-4 top local bars and restaurants. We do allow pre-packaged canned items to be brought on the bike. No glass, no hard liquor, no pre-mixed drinks.
Is Cycle Party really pedal powered??
It’s called Cycle Party for a reason! Thousands of others have conquered our routes on these bikes so we know you can do it too! BUT – some of our bikes have electric assist in order to help your group pedal along. But we can NOT guarantee that you will get one of those bikes.
Do I have to be 21 to ride?
If you are booked on a Social Bar Crawl, all guests must be at least 21 years of age. If you are booked on a Private Bar Crawl, please call us to confirm.
What should I wear?

What should I bring?
Yourself, an ID, your party attire and ice (if you are bringing cans)! We supply everything else. You are also welcome to bring a socially appropriate playlist if you are on a Private tour and decorations for the bike.
When should I arrive for my tour?
30-minutes prior to your reservation time to allow us to check-in, sign waivers and get set up on the bike. All tours leave promptly at the scheduled tour time. If you know you may be late, please call us and you will be given proper instructions by a staff member.
What if I have more than 15 people?
It’s easy to rent multiple party bikes – contact us directly for more information. Multiple bike reservations are available for private parties only.
What if I don't have 6 people in my party?
Book on one of our Social Mixer tours by-the-seat! A minimum of 6 guests combined are required to run the tour. We will contact you if your tour does not meet the minimum requirement and you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
